Smoke-light replaced a less than stellar unit with the Joye 510. The recommended it as I was unhappy with my first order. The service was excellent, to the point they even followed up to make sure I was satisfied. The 510 is excellent for a small e-smoke and great for on the go use. I never thought I would be able to quit smoking. I have tried and failed so many times. This was my last resort since I tried cold turkey, patches, gum, chantex, hypnotism, laser and anything else I could to quit.. I called smoke -light and spoke to a wonderful lady who helped me get started. A few months later I switched to the Joye 510 on her recommendation. She told me it was her favorite. The people at smoke light are great. They can't do enough for you. I have in the last six months been free from cigarettes. My cardiologist asked me for the name of the company I buy my e-cigarettes from because he said if they helped me,they could help his other patients.He was so happy that I , for the 1st time in years did not have a wheeze.I've told everyone I know about smoke-light and many of them have quit smoking as I have. I met a man at the airport in Cancun who was going crazy without his cigarettes while waiting for a flight that was delayed 4 hours. This is my first e-cig purchase. Similar to a cigarette, but not exactly the same. I didn't now what to expect with it, but a good alternative. I just don't like the manual switch deal. I will be trying another that has no switch. Thank you for your great and quick service. Order to Canada took about 2 and a 1/2 weeks.

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH TO SHOW HOW PHENOMINAL SMOKE-LIGHT'S STAFF ARE! Really! As they saw all my other orders from the past... they noticed that I was ordering a different model, and contacted me to confirm! Thank goodness they did, cause it wasn't the correct model! Now THAT is service!!
